Our team have worked on a wide variety of projects, including complex mixed use developments in West London, major new build and refurbishment projects in Richmond, Reading and Hertfordshire as well as a whole block redevelopment scheme in the heart of Bloomsbury. Previous Projects

Cartwright Gardens, Bloomsbury

A landmark building situated near Russell Square & St Pancreas in the heart of Bloomsbury. With a façade designed by award winning architects Maccreanor Lavington. It provides a nine storey building facing Cartwright Gardens and a lower seven story element at the corner of Leigh Street. Martin Campbell's development consultant, Neil Cutting, led all pre-construction aspects of the project for and on behalf of UPP Group and the University of London. The project completed in September 2016.

College Lane Residences, University of Hertfordshire

This project forms the corner stone of the University's 2020 Estates Vision. The redevelopment consisted of the design, build & refurbishment, finance and operation of over 3,000 student rooms, common rooms, social hub, sports pitches, gym and 1.2MW energy centre. The project achieved BREEAM outstanding and was the largest single asset privately placed capital market transaction in the sector. Martin Campbell's development consultant, Neil Cutting, led on all aspects of the project for and on behalf of the investor group comprising the University, Legal & General and Meridiam Infrastructure Funds amongst others. The project completed in September 2016.

Hillcroft College, Surbiton

Hillcroft College currently occupy a Grade II listed building in Surbiton. Martin Campbell & Co. were retained as Developer Managers to undertake a Feasibility and Viability study to maximise the use of the existing buildings and surrounding lands. Lead by Andy Shaw, Martin Campbell assembled a full team of suitably qualified consultants to undertake a full site analysis and development proposal to meet the Clients educational requirements. After a highly successful Pre Application, the project is now awaiting full budget approval before submitting a full application to convert the existing college into residential and to build 5 new teaching colleges in the grounds.
